RETURN POLICY

 We are bummed things didn't work out for you. We at Kill Olivia will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. If, for some reason, you’re not happy with you purchase, we will refund your order. Easy and simple! 

Just follow these steps:

1) Email support@killolivia.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return confirmation. We will email you a return form to get the process going. 

2) All items returned should be in the same condition it was received, new with tags still attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We're unable to return jewelry, phone cases, worn shoes, accessories, underwear or swimsuit where the hygiene seal has been removed. 

3) After you've received your confirmation code you will have 28 days from the day you placed an order to return the package back to us. 

4) Once package passes inspection, we process your refund immediately. 

EXCHANGES

 

Due to high volume of order and things selling out fast, we do not offer exchanges. The quickest and easiest way to get the item that you want is to buy it again, and we’ll refund you for your original order once we’ve received it. 

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

We at Kill Olivia check every order to perfection before sending it off. But mistakes happen, but much less of the time. If for some reason you receive a faulty item or the wrong order please contact us ASAP.  We’ll take care of it immediately for you. 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued immediately after package has been inspected. If the returned item(s) pass inspection and we are able to take them back, please allow 5-10 days for processing. Once refund has been issued, please allow 3-5 business days for it to show up in your bank account.
